We decided to take a more transparent approach and allow users to really compare coverage products based on some of the most common questions that our call center was receiving.
By implementing a better comparison breakdown of the coverage options, user acquisitions starts increased by 15% as they were able to make better informed decisions in choosing the right insurance product.
